-it would be easy to argue that Del Stubbs makes the finest knives available to spoon carvers in the United States. Even though there is often a slight wait for them, they are cheaper and faster than ordering fine knives from Europe.

-Ben makes a lot of very nice tools and provides some great advice through the videos on his website. His curved knives are made to the highest quality. He is located in England, so shipping and wait time may be a minor (or major) issue.

- Bo is a highly respected Swedish smith, his knives are very beautiful and relatively affordable. But, he does not produce many and they can be hard to get.
